At Fancyleds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your LED products are in their original packaging, include all accessories, and show no signs of physical damage or installation wear.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and ship them back to our warehouse using the provided return label or a tracked postal service.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned electronics, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
